Pricing/Changes: Price is based on visible conditions; hidden/unforeseen conditions or code/safety issues may require a change order; work outside scope requires customer approval (text/email ok); taxes/permits/disposal may apply unless listed. Scheduling/Access: Customer provides safe access, clear work areas, pets secured, and working utilities; missed appointments/lockouts/unsafe conditions may result in reschedule and trip/return fee. Payment (Job-Based): Payment terms are as specified on the estimate (deposit/milestones/balance due) and due as stated; if financing is delayed/denied/canceled, Customer remains responsible for all amounts due.
